Guidelines for Internet Sale of Thomson Products
Any website selling Thomson must have full contact information available for the customer to include:
- Shop Name (dba if web name different than shop name)
- Shop Physical Address
- Phone Number and email address where customers receive timely help during normal business hours. (By next business day)
- Full satisfaction return policies for customer for products not installed or used.
The preferred method of internet selling is through SmartEtailing or the Buy Local Now program.
