When you register your part, we save your information so you don’t have to.

Warranty

If your part is under warranty and you need to return or exchange it, fill out this form. If you bought your part through an unauthorized reseller, the reseller must facilitate the warranty exchange.

Thomson warranties do not cover damage from crashing, abuse, modification, or improper installation. We define abuse as using a product outside of its intended design.

Is My Part Under Warranty?

We warrant static seatposts, stems, and collars to be free from defects in material and workmanship for three years from date of purchase, to the original owner.

Handle bars are warrantied to be free from defects in material and workmanship for two years from date of purchase, to the original owner.

Thomson warrants Elite Dropper Seatpost to be free from defects in material and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase, to the original owner. The Elite Dropper is not user serviceable and may only be serviced by Thomson or a Thomson-authorized service facility. Unauthorized service voids the warranty.

Warranty claims require an original receipt from an authorized seller. Auction-based websites are not authorized sellers of new Thomson products. If you do not have your original receipt, the warranty is from the date of manufacture.
